5-Year Limited Warranty
Greenspoke provides a 5-year limited warranty against structural failure of all steel frames and welded steel assemblies on products.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Greenspoke provides a 1-year limited warranty on workmanship and manufacturing defects on products.
The warranty is valid only if the products have been assembled and installed as outlined in the Greenspoke installation or layout drawings, and have been properly maintained and inspected annually.
This warranty does not cover claims for items that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, vandalism, cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, fading of colour), or that have been modified, altered or repaired by anyone other than Greenspoke or an authorized agent. Damage to product and/or finish resulting from vandalism, incorrect use, and lack of maintenance is excluded from this warranty.
A signed bill of lading is verification from our carrier that the shipment was received complete and in good condition. Once the shipment leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or shortage occurring during transit.
