GREENSPOKE provides the following warranty coverage for all of its Bike Parking products:

5-Year Limited Warranty against structural failure of all steel frames orsteel components.

1-Year Limited Warranty on workmanship and/or manufacturing defects.

The warranty is valid only if the products have been assembled and installed as per GREENSPOKE standards and if the products have been properly maintained and inspected annually (“Standards”, in this case, refer to GREENSPOKE Installation Instructions or Layout Drawings). This warranty does not cover claims for items that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, vandalism, cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, fading of colour), or that have been modified, altered or repaired by anyone other than GREENSPOKE or an authorized agent. Damage to product and/or finish resulting from vandalism, incorrect use, and lack of maintenance is excluded from this warranty.

A signed bill of lading is verification from our carrier that the shipment was received complete and in good condition. Once the shipment leaves our plant, we are no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or shortage occurring during transit.
