Greenspoke products include a 5-year limited warranty on structural steel components and a 1-year warranty on workmanship and manufacturing defects. For full details, please review our warranty policy here.
Greenspoke products are made to order. A typical lead time can range from 8-12 weeks after the order has been placed.
Greenspoke ships products throughout Canada and the domestic United States.
Greenspoke bike racks are typically constructed from high strength tubing which is protected with a polyester powder paint finish. This provides the best combination of durability and aesthetic appeal. For high traffic areas, we recommend high strength tubing with hot dipped galvanized coating. This coating is extremely resilient and easier to touch-up in the field should it become damaged.
Both polyester powder coating and hot dipped galvanized coating are extremely weather resistant and will provide many years of service.
We recommend that Greenspoke bike racks (surface mount models) be installed on a fully cured concrete pad using concrete anchors (provided).
Chain is better for high traffic, public areas as it provides an extra measure of security. Aircraft Cable is lighter and more flexible, making the use of the tools somewhat easier.
